February started with some good news. UPDATE: Actually 2 bits of good news! Not one but TWO of my photos from our trip to Poland were accepted to the "LightSpaceTime" on-line gallery for their "Cityscapes" exhibit. According to the "LightSpaceTime" homepage: The gallery’s competition for January 2016 was the 6th Annual “CityScapes” Art Competition. 2D and 3D artists (including photography) from around the world, were called upon to make online submissions for possible inclusion in to the Gallery’s February 2016 online group art exhibition.
Artists were asked for their interpretation of the theme “CityScapes” by submitting their best representational and non-representational art which depicts the theme “CityScapes”. The CityScapes art theme includes any subjects such as cities, towns, urban scenes and any related metropolitan subjects
The art competition and the submission process for the artists began in December 2015 and concluded on January 27, 2016. The gallery received 478 entries from 16 different countries from around the world, including Australia, Canada, China, Croatia, Czech Republic, France, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, Scotland, South Africa, Sweden, and the United Kingdom. In addition, the gallery received entries from 26 different states and the District of Columbia.
